The Luyando Foundation Girls Team continues to make an impressive mark in the Eden University Women’s Super League.
After 6 matches, the girls stand 7th on the log with 2 wins, 3 draws, and only 1 loss. With just 2 goals conceded, they boast one of the best defensive records in the entire league.
They are only 4 points away from the top 4, proving that every game is crucial as they climb higher. Importantly, the team is already ahead of well-established clubs such as Zesco Ndola Girls and National Assembly Women: a remarkable achievement in such a short time.
From vulnerable beginnings to competing with some of Zambia’s strongest sides, the Luyando Foundation Girls are showing what resilience, discipline, and opportunity can achieve.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support the girls on this journey. Together we are empowering them to rise from hardship to national and international football.
